I was a little upset from last three days and actually searching for some motivation, some clarity towards what is happening and why is it happening.
I tried to read the book of my favourite author, tried listening to my favourite music but trust me nothing was helping me and neither calming my mood. There was something I was missing and then today I have wrap up my work a little early and went out for a walk and trust me it works.
Walking around the woods, watching people around me doing their things and cool breeze there at that moment I felt alive, I have felt the freshness and then I realise that a walk to the woods and to the unknown roads are actually a mind freshening thing.
It gives you answer; it gives you the calmness and refreshment for the day, during these work from a home culture we forget to breathe and live the life.
And I guess temporary breaks like a walk is important to refresh your mind and makes you lighter 🙂
I used to go for a walk before I used to go to my office and that time was just for me and my music and for my own thoughts but for too much work I too forget to take such routines and miss the happiness and feel the more stress!
But then when I went for a walk today I actually realise what I was missing, why I wasn’t feeling motivated for my writing, because when you go out you see things around you have an urge and ideas floating at front of you, whereas inside the four walls you are just stuck with your laptop and 8inch smartphone and you are not getting the vibes you want.
so what are you waiting for take out your shoes and just go for a walk and trust me you and me both, we both deserve that one walk?
so lets take a walk and make something more valuable for ourselves.
